Review prior records, course level, language readiness, and possible transfer credit.

03 Plan confirmation

Explain program, applicable policies, support, fees, and shared responsibilities.

04 Enrollment

Confirm under approved rules after required documents, agreements, authorization, and payment.

MATERIALS

Collect only what the review needs.

Proposed items include identity and guardianship evidence, recent reports or transcripts, course and credit information, and intended entry period. Complete translation may be needed for records outside Chinese or English.

Authenticity

Records should come from the issuing school or a verifiable channel.

Data minimization

Do not send passwords, payment-card data, or unnecessary documents in an ordinary inquiry.

Minors

Authorization, communication, and data handling follow applicable law and approved policy.
